My Qualifications
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist , a Licensed Clinical Addiction Therapist and a perpetual student of communications in relationships, I am spending a lot of time every day working with clients on how to start over when things go haywire in day to day relationship dynamics. My current endeavor is to explore sex and intimacy issues as I pursue an AASECT certification in Sex Therapy.
My Approach
I take a collaborative and solution-focused approach to intrapersonal Relationship Coaching. By working together, we can identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals. Although I am Licensed in North Carolina and Florida to address mental health issues in the context of therapy, I am focused here on relationship coaching to assist with greater intimacy.
My Specialties
I specialize in communication dynamics for couples and am increasing my training regarding intimacy concerns. I also specialize in helping anyone who has felt trapped in their secrets from the past, whether as a result of substance abuse issues, spiritual abuse concerns, or "closet topics" such as gender identity, sexual identity, or relationship identity struggles. My primary project is to create some Sexual Wellness Assessment Tools that will help couples with intimacy issues in the dynamic of couples counseling.
